I bought the hearing aids but didn't like how they fit in my ears. Since they offer a 60 day refund policy I reached out to them, got a prompt response in which they clearly outlined how to return the items, did so and then received a follow-up email telling me my refund was being processed. Excellent customer service is the mark of a good company, so,if you like inexpensive hearing aids, I would definitely recommend these people.
