This place is a complete scam , run !! I purchased 4 cameras for 1200 dollars. I’ve spent over tens of thousands of dollars over the years for property security . I didn’t need much of a camera but I thought how lovely on their website. Well after going through the process of setting them up and installing . I went to look at the footage . Of course they hardly work well now not at all. Worst piece of plastic junk I’ve ever seen. I called for two weeks no answer left voicemails and sent emails . They gave me some cheesy instructions which I did. And they still didn’t work . Reached out to the manufacturer still didn’t work . It misses about 90% of any activity when it does work. They told me I could return if I had the “original boxes “ and I’d have to pay 150 dollars to return. I threw the goofy boxes away though I had all the pieces. They said they won’t return them. …. If you can’t return a DEFECTIVE product without boxes I ask why??? Probably because they plan to resale them. I don’t care about the 1200 dollars as much as I fear for any possible person who spends their money to receive such fraudulent service and products. I sent the items back regardless . I’m sure they will just send them to someone else and do the same thing. This place needs to be put out of business . I’ve read reviews with the same issues. Totally bizarre and the least ethical business I’ve ever witnessed . If you want poor junk products and to pay for a return which you won’t get a refund for this is the place.
