Although initially, the item that I wanted was out of stock; customer service provided all necessary information to enable me to decide whether to go onto their restocking notifications list, or to loook elsewhere. Having opted for the former, my wait was less than a week and the restocked item was priced less than the previous product which was a pleasant surprise... I was able to conclude my purchase in the early evening and had it in my possession 36 hours later, well packaged and as described. I've no idea how well their complaints department works, as I had absolutely nothing to complain about !
