There are a lot of companies selling rugs on the internet. Many have no sense of customer service and many list stock as in that isn't. The Rug Warehouse is fantastic. I have ordered several rugs over several years and each time, I had advice on the phone. Calls are always answered and the rug is always seemed to arrive within 48hrs with an excellent courier. I highly recommend this business.
