I ordered $100 wool blanket from this company and was later stuck with a customs duty bill for over $460 from FedEx. I am a US customer and I would recommend NOT ordering from this company due to the hidden custom fees you may encounter. Apparently Someone at their company wrote down the wrong value on the customs form- they wrote $900 instead of $90 I understand mistakes happen but this company has done literally nothing to help me get out of this situation which was caused by their incompetence. They treat me like I am a problem that they just don’t want to deal with. why is it my job to clean up their mess? Why is it my job to contact FedEx for hours and hours only to have them tell me that my dispute against the customs bill was denied because thewoolroom.com Will not respond to FedEx! Sure they have great products but they literally do not care one bit about their international customers. Be aware that if there is any problem with shipping or customs bills you are on your own this company will do nothing to help you! I will never shop from this place again and I will make sure that everyone who comes in contact with me will never order from this place they are despicable and the way their treat their customers is just awful. Be aware that many of these good reviews are not from United States customers if you live in the United States avoid this company like the plague.
