I placed an order last week and have been unable to contact them via phone or e-mail since. Basically exactly the same issue as in the review I have just read written by Emily. The e-mails to customer services just bounce back. The emails to their sales team just disappear in the ether. Can anyone confirm what is happening please? They were efficient in taking my money and a shambles since.
