Theres a flying freehold on the property and this was no problem for the property buying company.
Would recommend if you want to sell a property quickly. The only negative your property will be priced a little below full market value, but there’s no legal fees or estate agents to pay. With an estate agent your property can be marketed for long period of time before it’s sold. This is can be a much faster process.
