Only 4 days after the installation, Customer Service finally makes contact with a shameful offer !!
1. Cancel the order OR
2. Temp paper blinds + £400 discount + Prospect of waiting for new shutters in the worst-case scenario: 4-5 months!
What I really get is a hint - just cancel it. We don't really care!!
