Did not communicate well, should have been presented with real pictures. I wanted tier to tier shutter but ending up with whole piece shutter type. Very disappointed.
Also TS missed some of the shutter frames. Cannot finish all by Christmas. Told to wait until Jan to install again the missing parts.
