On 12-13 -2021, I purchased a 500gal. propane tank with all the installation essentials from Thrifty for $3593.11, which Thrift withdrew from one of my bank accounts. Thrifty gave me a 6–8-week delivery and installation time frame which kept being extended by thrift because "we are currently unable to get tanks" and they didn't know when the tanks would be available. On 5-4-2022, after six months of the same uncertainty, I canceled the order through Ariane (the Thrifty rep. who was handling my acct at that time). Ariane said, "the $3593.11 would be returned to my bank account but could take up to 30 days to process. As of today (7-22-2022), no deposit to my bank account has been made by Thrifty. The BBB in Ohio petitioned Thrifty with no resolution from Thrifty. I was advised to contact the Attorney General's office in Ohio which is the state where Thrifty's business is located. The Ohio AG's office has numerous cases involving Thrifty. Do not do business with this company. It appears that they are thieves.
