Very easy to purchase my ticket for the event and even easier to scan it at the event. Something that can improve is that when I purchased my ticket, I selected the free option of e-ticket, it caused me some confusion when I got the ticket on my email and it said on the ticket "please make sure you print this entire page and present it at the event". That caused a bit of confusion, as I selected an E-ticket, which does not require a printer. I saw that the ticket had a barcode so I used it as an e-ticket at the end and everything was fine. So, something that can contribute to an improvement is to define a bit clearer on the ticket if it MUST be printed or not.
