The order was handled perfectly. No issues with assembly either. The only thing i did not realize is that this was coming in separate boxes. Could not find any indicator on my emails or my original order. I would suggest you make that small change. I received my first box and got worried that i was missing parts. Called the next day and i was informed that the second box should be arriving in two days. Felt better but you should probably indicate how many separate boxes are arriving and when for each. Love your product otherwise. Titan is great.
