The delivery was prompt.
However the battery would not charge .
I tried for several hours .
I had a prompt reply to my email but was asked to send a photograph!
I am an oap and have no smart phone.when I explained I was sent a replacement but this has not arrived as yet.
I now have to get this duff battery to a recycling centre, a 20 mile journey. I would have preferred to return it through the post..
