Every aspect of my journey to having solar panels installed has been a joy. The personal service of a family run business is truly superb. From my initial phone call, to Simon coming and doing a survey, Jim and Troy erecting the scaffolding, and then the actual installation of panels by a superb team (Matt, Mike and Josh), has been flawless and in a much quicker timeframe than I had anticipated. During this whole process Dave (Simon’s brother), has been there to answer all my questions; even on the Bank Holiday, when I panicked as within 48 hrs of the panels being placed, the jolly feral pigeons had already started setting routes to have their future nesting place!!!! Thank goodness for Dave’s fast response, this pesky issue has been taken care of and I now am confident that the ‘eye lashes’, as I call them, will ensure I am pigeon free! Truly, truly delighted and I can honestly say TCL Solar gives that personal service which is generally, so lacking these days.
