I appreciated the very quick turnaround, from measurement to installation. I had ten panels installed and they made a very neat job on my roof. Communication was very good throughout: TCL kept me informed what was happening regarding delivery of the panels and scaffolding. The installers discussed with me how they were going to install the electrical components, and answered all of my questions regarding how the system worked. The installers set up the app on my phone post-installation. I was also later helped with the smart energy guarantee (SEG) paperwork (recommend taking a photo of the meter with "export" screen post-install), so everything was sorted out from start to finish.
