TCL were a brilliant company to deal with, they took their time to explain the options, what each part of the system does and what would be best for us in terms of our circumstances and expectations. Simon visited us and took measurements and photographs to ensure the installation crew knew what they were dealing with. Prior to installation, we had the Panels/brackets and inverters delivered, Simon let us know the delivery dates before this occurred and he also arranged for a scafold crew to be onsite the day before installation. The scaffold crew were on time, polite and worked in a very tidy manner and again they let us know when they would be back to take the scaffold down. The installation crew arrived at 8 am as expected and quickly and quietly got to work, always careful to ensure limited mess and moved around our house in such a way as to ensure our dog did not get out. The standards of the installation crew were superb, ensuring all cabling was neatly affixed to the walls, and trunking was used where cable runs are exposed to the elements. At every stage of the Installation, the TCL team have communicated with us excellently, even post-installation Simon is available for any questions and queries we may have.
