Hello,Are you on the side of a company which I had to complain about or don’t you take complaints seriously I didn’t like the reply from Capitalrepairs as it made me look like I was in the wrong and £70+ out of pocket with inexperienced receptionists not being qualified enough to say an engineer should have come first to assess my larder fridge door seal and not order one that couldn’t be put on and still charged me for the call out Very disappointing
