I wrote a review with order number, the tracking number, everything, detailed the problem and asked the company to please solve it as their customer service goes "it is another department" - the site in question is Vestiaire, and an item seems forever stuck with them and is not sent from their end. I even sent TrustPilot the reply of the company.
It was up for 5 minutes and then got removed as apparently flagged by the system, the system seems to flag about everything that does not give 5 star reviews IF the company pays TrustPilot.
