I've been doing it daily for about 25 days at around 15 minutes per session, and honestly I've seen little to no difference. My teeth were about a 2.5 on SNOW's color scale they send you so maybe it's just my teeth aren't that bad? But at this point, I'd much rather spend a third of the price for the regular white strips you get from CVS then the $160 I spent on this product.
