Terrible Experience. Placed an order and noticed it said for pickup. So I got on the phone and told the restaurant that I had placed the order for pick up but that I wanted delivery. So the guy at the restaurant told me just to cancel it on UberEATS and reorder it again that he would not use the order I made. So I got an agent at UberEATS and he told me he would cancel the order and he assured me that if any money got charged to my card, that it would be reimbursed. But I didn’t reorder. Waited 6 days for my reimbursement and I didn’t get it. Now UberEATS Support team says I can’t get a refund because I waited more than 48 hours to let them know. Which is a lie. I have the whole conversation on my chat log. But they don’t care. They just keep cutting me off the chat saying that I waited over 48 hours. Terrible. I got no food and I’m out of $54.20
