Their cancelation policy is total nonsense. I cancelled an order seconds after clicking on it. To this day the order shows in my activity as Cancelled. I placed a second order with the same merchant. Called the merchant to be sure the first order was cancelled and was told it was. When I received my bank statement the cancelled meal cost appeared. I messaged Ubereats and the reply was no refund offered after 48 hours. I replied why was there a charge since the order was Cancelled. I can't obtain an answer. Spoke and wrote to 4 different Ubereats people. Let's get a class action suit going!
