I'm always missing items.
I pay for a meal, that includes a drink. Never get it. Uber customers service says there isn't anything they can do about it.
Recently I paid 9 bucks for a shake and never got it? Guess what? They couldn't do nothing about it because they asked for a picture of my missing iteam 4 days later.
