Horrible customer service. Numerous orders delivered wrong, wrong food, missing food, poor driver handling or similar and ubereats apparently ranks you. Too many bad issues and they refuse to address it, correct or credit. Who thinks delivering a pizza WITHOUT sauce is acceptable and the customer is supposed to suck it up because the "Supreme Ubereats" deems you're over your quota?
Had to report to FTC for failing to honor the contract. It's plain ole' fraud.
