Frequently orders are gotten wrong. UberEats are a nightmare to contact and staff are obnoxiously rude.
When refund is needed as items are missing- GOOD LUCK!! They pluck a random figure and decide to refund you that as opposed to the correct and actual amount.

Screen shot attached I was told I would be refunded £4 (although still waiting for that, and they now refuse to respond to correspondence) .. doesn’t seem to matter about the remaining £35.98 I am owed!!
It’s borderline theft!
