Uber Eats is a terrible business and they are thieves. I placed an order this evening. I received a message that it was delivered but it wasn’t. Waited 30 minutes to chat with customer service but finally Googled their customer service number. They said the driver tried to notify me — had my phone on me the entire time and received no notification or call from the driver. They said they would not reimburse me even though they couldn’t actually verify that the driver tried to contact me and even though I didn’t actually receive an order I paid for. I paid $30 for absolutely nothing! Do not support this despicable business.
