After waiting for an hour my order was cancelled, after speaking with ubereats customer service she “apologized” & the remedy for the inconvenience & lack of consideration was to put in a report & not charge me for a order I did not receive. Needless to say if common sense does not show some initiative to at least entice me to use ubereats again I will stick with door dash... I’ve already deleted the app
