Order was 45 minutes late so I called support. After 20 minutes on hold was told they could not cancel because the restaurant was "working on it."
So I'm supposed to wait indefinitely while they "work on it?" After a year of using UberEats I've deleted the app. Never had such a bad experience with an app customer support before. I recommend you use Seamless!
