My order consisted of 2 bags from the restaurant. Idiot driver only grabbed 1. Filed complaint with Uber. They insist on only refunding me the price of the food not delivered. Not the tax. I realize it's petty, but why should I pay tax on food I never received? Opened a dispute with my credit card. Let them duke it out.
