Delivered my food an hour late and to the wrong address, they tried to tell me it was my fault. Ultimately they refunded my money but only after some push back. First and last time I used them. Wish I Checked the reviews first because everyone seems to have had a poor experience. Used deliveroo after this and it was no hassle.
