Wouldn't cancel or ask restaurant to re-prepare the food to accommodate the late driver booking
Introductory period, everything was great. As soon as the booking fees increased, the service was lousy. Why would you wait to book a driver for over 30 minutes? If no driver is booked right away, you should just cancel or give a later arrival time so food arrives in some form of warm state!
