When I enrolled in your insurance plan, I did so with the belief that it would offer assistance in covering essential dental expenses, ensuring I could afford necessary treatments. However, I was dismayed to discover that white fillings are not covered under Nhs costs, a fact that was not adequately communicated to me by my dentist or your policy beforehand, leaving me fully responsible for the entire expense. Therefore, I terminated my subscription with your company, as it fails to serve my needs as initially intended.
