Awful service when claiming for a dental checkup.
They refused to pay my 1st receipt as it wasn’t the exact amount for a checkup as I had bought dental sticks after the check up. I had to re request an invoice from my dentist. It took over 4 weeks to process the claim after 3 emails backwards and forwards.
