The guys at Urban Rider were very helpful and polite. I ordered a visor for my helmet and was mistakenly sent the wrong one. Andrew was very quick to rectify the error and, as a goodwill gesture, gave me a discount for the inconvenience.
I would definitely first look to Urban Rider when purchasing any accessories for my biking lifestyle: they have some very beautiful products I haven't seen elsewhere.
