I have been a customer for 4 years, my monthly charges are repeatedly going up, told me it will be £50 from Feb . I have terminal cancer and my husband is disabled and works park time. I rang last week to cancel after explaining my situation, I was told I would get a call back. I rang again yesterday and got a very rude man who told me to wait. I have cancelled my direct debit but was advised by another advisor to wait until Friday and I will still be charged despite giving them notice. Simply unacceptable behaviour towards vulnerable people. Support are a disgrace and offer no support, customer care team are not accessible.
