We did the Viatu 12-day self drive through Nambia, from Windhoek to Etosha, Erongo Mountains, Swakopmund and Sossusvlei and back to Windhoek. The choice of accommodation given was fantastic and each travel partner was excellent. The transfer from the airport to get our car, as well as back at the end, was super easy - we did not struggle once during our trip and that was also what made it memorable [besides for the obviously beautiful landscape and country]. Coming from South Africa, we also found that using Viatu was not more expensive at all and simplified our whole booking process [for someone like me who works all the time and couldn't plan a whole trip alone].
