Super happy with the service received! Mardi assisted us with the original planning of the trip and she managed to give us everything we needed and still keep it within our budget. She also responded very quickly which made it easier for us to plan and book very fast. All of our reservations and bookings made through Viatu worked seamlessly and didn't give us any trouble at all. The website they use while doing the trip planning as well as the app with your itinerary after the booking are both so useful and easy to use! Definitely those extra touches that make you feel the service is above and beyond! Will definitely use their services again. Please add more countries to your list so we can use your services more often :)
