A terrible fraud company who forces customers into saying something to cancel the warranties and bully them into giving information customers don't know. Viessmann UK is complete fraud and con and think carefully before buying this product. I am now in the process of taking them up on the consumer law but it is complete waste of time to have to deal with these complete uneducated morons there, specially an agent called Amanda or something is at the front line of campaign to strip customers of the 10 year warranties that is promised them at the time of purchase.
