Had a Veissmann boiler fitted 9 years ago by one of their approved installers. Nothing but problems since … costing several hundred pounds per call out, usually annually. They will diagnose and fix some things but not the peripherals (e.g flue, cellar pump). Never got to the bottom of the problem and now considering replacing the boiler to get some peace.
While the Viessmann engineer is fab, I wouldn’t touch their product again or recommend it to anyone.
