A great team who did their best to make sure I got exactly what I was after. Every part of the process was great, from viewing their site to asking questions about what I needed. When we arrived to collect the bike someone (not a member of Vires Velo) directed us to the back entrance, so we entered the building through the workshops. Not a problem and we probably saw a lot more than some customers get to see.
