Ich hatte eine telefonische Beratung und wurde sehr gut unterstützt zu meinem Anliegen. Der Wasserfilter wurde innerhalb der Lieferzeit geliefert. In Nutzung haben wir den Filter seit einer Woche und ich bin sehr positiv überrascht vom Geschmack und Weichheit des Wassers. Es wäre jetzt noch schön wenn ich nachweisen könnte das wirklich ein Teil rausgeleitet oder gefiltert wurde. Auf die kurze Zeit bin ich sehr zufrieden.
