I would not recommend buying from VLE Bazaar .. I would give negative stars or zero stars but there is no option for that. I have ordered WD My Passport Wireless Pro 1TB Portable External Hard Drive. My order ID is 2713785. The order was placed back on 17th December, 2023, yet there is no dispatch done as of date . Their customer service is horrible ... Never replied to the emails or the complaint tickets .. even after waiting for 30-40 minutes, if u get hold of their reps on phone, they are unable to give the exact status of my purchase... It is an pre-paid purchase... I think I have lost my 8599/-.. I wish I would have done better research before placing the order ... I am cancelling my order today and shall see if they refund my money or they are trying to scam me... Will share my experience of the refund in due course Friends if your money is hard earned money, never buy from VLE Bazaar...
