Order placed on 10th February, confirmation of order and payment receipt received the same day, however when i chaed with the site on 17th Feb, 24 there was no response. raised a ticket. in reply i get a message that payment has not bee received. Reverted with payment proof and confirmation email from them as well as fropm their payment partner. Therafter sent 5 reminders but got no response. Their customer care number keeps you on hold for eternity saying you are in que, but when your chance comes the ivr simply states that "Thank you for calling" and disconnects. finally i cancelled the order today, but got no response to my query on refund. This seems to be a fraud site. collect money and dont respond is their motto. i think i ghave lost my money to a fraud.
