I have had their 79mb broadband service for a year. As the months went by, it got slower and slower. Sometimes I get 70+ megabit (as I should do), but most of the time it goes down to about 2mb (webpages take ages to load). Complained to them a hundred times over many months. They just tell me I am in a heavy usage area (funny, never had a speed problem with TalkTalk before them, nor with BT), and that Openreach is going to fix it. They just tell me that over and over, and they never know when it will be fixed. They won't even release me from my contract, which ends in 7 months. Fed up now and am going to pay to leave.
