Considering UPS looks like they did everything they could to not deliver this in perfect condition, the contents are actually fairly well protected from disgruntled shipping carriers. Once I opened the packaging, there were a few marks on the equipment but nothing that would show once assembled and in use. The equipment metal is very thick and heavy duty. Once I assembled it, I loaded 500lbs of bumpers on it and it was very sturdy. There is no rocking of the weight tree and it rolls fairly well even with all that weight on it. I am rolling it on textured horse stall mats and it maneuvers quite well. You get 2 fixed wheels and 2 locking wheels that all spin freely and also appear beefy. The silver name plate is a nice touch and looks really good. I’m quite happy with this purchase and now need another excuse to buy something else. A+ quality!
