Having had the graphics chip fail on my Power Book Pro I contacted Abraham to initially rent a replacement but after talking my problem through I bought a reconditioned Mac Book Pro which I am very pleased with and having my laptop repaired. I will have two laptops half the price of a replacement. As I am based in Edinburgh everything was done remotely and the new machine was delivered and the old one picked up with little hassle.
