Ordered £70 worth of Christmas lights two weeks ago and they never arrived. They haven't replied to any communications I've sent them, but did have the cheek to send me an email 'thanking me for being a customer' last week. I've now opened a case with PayPal so hopefully will get a refund, but I'm annoyed at myself for falling for their scam. Whatever you do, don't order from this unscrupulous company!
