I could not fault the delivery time and packaging. The boots that I ordered are just as described. However the boots have some nodules in the lining which rubbed my toes sore the first time that I wore them and the top edge at the ankles is rough and it chaffed a big groove into my ankle. Once I realised the problems I purchased some thick socks with which they are perfectly comfortable.
