The reason I score you just acceptable, it is because your lack of communication. Communication to the client it is substandard, and the way you talk to the client it is not professional. The only person who has been very helpful is Yvonne. You seem have taken for granted the client, and I think it is a mistake. Just an advice, as I know customer services, and helpful to the client it is paramount on this business.
