Their prices are always normally very competitive, but when others are cheaper they are always very quick to respond to price match queries. On pre-ordering some items at a discounted rate they have been brilliant with communications on telling me the estimated date they will receive the items and when it changes, also asking me if I still want to continue with the order. Very impressed with their web site, range of goods, competitiveness and comms and will always look to the when I need more camping items.
