these guys are a complete and utter fraudulent disaster. they billed me $49 per year for years, when I wasn't even using their service. then, without notifying me, they increase the bill by $24 each month - for multiple website that weren't even active. essentially, they were charging me to host sites that weren't even hosted (I owned the domain but didn't even have an active website on it - and the site was actually being hosted through another company). on top of that they refuse to provide refunds to people. their hosting is also much more expensive than other places. complete fraud.
